Belgrade, Serbia – Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić recently engaged in a warm exchange with acclaimed Serbian-American actress Lolita Davidovich, an encounter that underscored her profound connection to her ancestral homeland. The meeting, shared via the President's social media, saw Davidovich express her joy at visiting Serbia and discussing her family's heritage. During their conversation, Davidovich shared, "My father always spoke of Belgrade because he is from Beška. He was a writer, and his soul was from here, and I also have that." She further revealed that her 25-year-old daughter is a jazz singer and musician who frequently performs with Serbian musicians in Los Angeles, maintaining a vibrant link to their cultural background. President Vučić extended a warm welcome to the actress, commending her fluent Serbian. When prompted about her most memorable roles, the President recalled her performance in the film "Intersection" alongside Richard Gere, a film Davidovich also acknowledged.
