In a recent social media post, reality television personality Kate Gosselin offered a glimpse into her daily routine, preparing meals for her demanding 12-hour nursing shift. Gosselin meticulously packed a two-meal spread, emphasizing practicality and nutrition for her busy workday. For her first meal, Gosselin prepared a salad, noting she typically uses organic salad mixes and adds "Bare chicken" for protein, aiming for approximately 24 grams. She also included chopped cucumber and half a packet of dressing. Her second meal featured Amy's Macaroni & Cheese, which she enhances with salted tomatoes, stating, "That's delicious. It makes it more like my homemade macaroni and cheese." Additionally, her lunch bag contained a 15-gram protein strawberry yogurt, cherries for fruit, and Late July organic sea salt and lime tortilla chips with guacamole. For hydration, Gosselin prepared a Liquid IV mixed with ice and water, mentioning she uses half a packet because it's "too sweet." She highlighted the necessity of packing portable meals, as she often has to eat "on the go" without dedicated breaks during her long shifts.
