Hughes, a 40-year-old veteran in the industry, demonstrates how to thoroughly work a full-coverage concealer into the bristles of a small, rounded brush (similar to an eyeshadow brush). This saturation of the brush is key, allowing for a more controlled and seamless application. "This should be the thing that actually takes you the longest," Hughes explains, referring to the priming step.
