The forecast, shared on social media by Anastasia Khlebys, predicted a blustery day with winds reaching 4-9 meters per second. Temperatures hovered around +1°C to +7°C overnight, rising to a daytime high of +19°C in some areas, though lower temperatures were reported in other parts of the city. Khlebys noted in her video, "They say it will get warmer from May 20... But honestly, I hardly believe it..."
