
Kazakhstan Seeks Talented Youth: Presidential Reserve Applications Open
Kazakhstan Opens Applications for 2025 Presidential Youth Cadre Reserve Kazakhstan's government is seeking talented young people for the Presidential Youth Cadre Reserve. Applications are open from June 1st to 30th, 2025, through the website pkrezerv.gov.kz. The program aims to cultivate future leaders in various sectors. Candidates must be under 35, hold a higher education degree, have at least five years of work experience, and demonstrate B1-level proficiency in the state language. "This year's selection process will focus on six key areas, ensuring a balanced representation of candidates across all fields," stated a government official involved in the program. The six areas are: social policy, infrastructure development, economic and financial policy, digitalization, agro-industrial complex, and foreign policy and investments. The selection involves six stages: document submission, assessment of text and digital information handling, situational problem-solving, competence evaluation, interviews with an expert commission, and a national commission meeting. Fifty candidates will ultimately be selected for the reserve. This initiative underscores the government's commitment to developing young talent and fostering future leaders for the nation's progress.
