A young French woman, la_grande_rando, is undertaking an ambitious 66-day trek across France and into Spain. Accompanied by a horse and donkey, she's following the GR36 trail, a journey she's documenting on social media. "I've set off on a two-month hike," she explains in her latest video, "from Vendée to Spain." Her journey has already taken her through picturesque villages and along scenic routes. She's even asking for help along the way, hoping to find hospitality from people living near the GR36. "If anyone is on the trail and could offer us a place to stay for a night," she says, "it would be greatly appreciated." Her videos offer a unique perspective on long-distance hiking and the kindness of strangers.
