"If you were following your usual route from home to work or vice versa and had an accident, it is considered a work accident," he stated. The second, equally significant point, addresses pre-existing health conditions. LeyesConSebas explained, "If you suffer from an illness that is aggravated by your job, this can also be considered a work accident."
