The client, whose identity remains undisclosed, reported that his laptop had stopped working. The technician, identified only as Serhiy Logvinyuk, quickly diagnosed the problem as a dead CMOS battery and some oxidation. "The battery was completely dead, and there was some oxidation on the motherboard," Logvinyuk explained.
