The accident involved a Toyota Hilux, a Perodua Kancil, and a Proton Waja. The impact of the collision was severe, leaving the driver of the Proton Waja deceased at the scene. Five occupants of the Toyota Hilux and three from the Perodua Kancil also suffered injuries. All victims were transported to Machang Hospital. The cause of the accident is currently under investigation. "The scene was chaotic," stated a witness who wished to remain anonymous.
