The impact of the accident was severe, resulting in the immediate death of all five occupants. The bodies were transported to Hospital Jerantut before being brought to Masjid Jamek Bota Kanan for prayers. Approximately 300 mourners attended the solemn service, their grief palpable in the atmosphere. One mourner, a close relative, shared, "It's hard to believe they're gone. They were such a loving family." The five were subsequently buried together in a single grave at Tanah Perkuburan Islam Kampung Selat, Bota, in Perak. The accident is currently under investigation.
