Polish Airline Offers Vodka Shots in Business Class, Sparks Traveler's Surprise
Business Class Traveler Shares Unique Experience on LOT Polish Airlines Flight to Warsaw A recent social media post by traveler Megan Homme has garnered significant attention, detailing her 9-hour business class journey with LOT Polish Airlines to Poland. Homme's video highlighted several distinctive aspects of the flight, most notably the airline's provision of 'literal shots of vodka before bed,' a practice she described as a new and unexpected experience. The traveler documented the comprehensive meal service offered in business class, which included an array of dishes such as stuffed mushrooms upon boarding, a hearty corn soup, mushroom pasta, and desserts like apple crumble and ice cream. Despite the extensive culinary offerings, Homme expressed a slight disappointment at the absence of pierogi on the dinner menu. While praising the quality of the airline food, which she noted was 'some of the better airline food I've had,' Homme also commented on the seating arrangements. She described the business class configuration as 'definitely not one of the most comfortable,' citing the need to 'literally step over your neighbor to get out of the seats when they’re laid flat.' The video concluded with Homme showcasing a substantial breakfast spread, featuring quiche, fresh fruit, yogurt, granola, and a snack plate, before her arrival at Lotnisko Chopina in Warszawie (Chopin Airport in Warsaw) for a connecting flight.
