Indianapolis, IN – A United Airlines flight arriving in Indianapolis was reportedly canceled after a passenger experienced a severe medical emergency involving acute diarrhea mid-flight. The passenger, who had been traveling from Portugal, recounted spending approximately two hours in the airplane lavatory due to her illness. Upon landing, she required a wheelchair to deplane and retrieve her luggage, as she was too weak to walk. The incident led to the subsequent flight being canceled to allow for a biohazard cleanup of the aircraft.
