"We are at the fourth floor, and you can see how the ceiling is leaking; the roof is not waterproof," Melnic states in the video, pointing to buckets collecting water throughout the building. The video also shows damage to the school's sports hall. Melnic is calling for budget reallocation to repair the school. The mayor's office has yet to respond to the councilor's claims.
