Woman's Youthful Appearance Causes Repeated Confusion on European Trip
A 33-year-old woman recently shared her bewildering experiences during a trip to London and Paris, where she was consistently mistaken for a child. The incidents, which occurred over three days, left her questioning her appearance and expressing concern about future plans. According to the woman, the confusion began in an airport lounge in London when a fellow passenger asked if she was "done school already." She clarified, "Girl, I'm 33." Later, on the plane, a flight attendant offered her a goodie bag typically given to eight-year-olds. Upon declining, she was then offered only water, while other adult passengers received champagne. The misidentification continued in Paris at a border control point. While in a line designated for individuals over 18, an agent approached her and twice inquired about her age. Despite her passport already being scanned, she had to confirm she was 33. The woman, who frequently gets mistaken for younger, noted that the frequency of these incidents during her European trip was unusual. She humorously speculated if her braided hairstyle contributed to the perception. Her primary concern now is whether her youthful appearance will prevent her from attending an upcoming "Magic Mike" show.
