The event, titled 'Japan + Appalachian jam,' showcased a fascinating blend of traditional musical styles. Attendees witnessed musicians playing a variety of instruments, including a violin, mandolin, guitar, and banjo. One participant, a woman in a traditional Japanese-style garment, played the violin alongside others, demonstrating the seamless integration of diverse cultural influences.
