Kazakhstan Launches Fourth Presidential Youth Personnel Reserve Selection Nur-Sultan, Kazakhstan – The Presidential Youth Personnel Reserve (PYPR) has opened applications for its fourth recruitment drive. This initiative, aimed at attracting young talent to public service, has already seen significant success. According to Erkhan Karymsakov, Head of the Department of Public Service in the North Kazakhstan Region, "Three previous campaigns attracted over 60,000 applicants, with 400 selected and over 300 now working in government and other organizations." The fourth selection process will consist of six stages, with the final results expected at the end of October. This year's process is designed to ensure a balanced representation across various sectors. "The selection criteria remain consistent with previous rounds," Karymsakov explained, "requiring candidates to be at least 35 years old, hold a higher education degree, have at least five years of work experience, and demonstrate a B1 level of proficiency in the Kazakh language."
