Kazakhstan's Presidential Youth Reserve: 60,000 Apply, 400 Selected
Kazakhstan's Presidential Youth Personnel Reserve Announces Fourth Selection Nur-Sultan, Kazakhstan – The fourth selection process for the Presidential Youth Personnel Reserve is underway in Kazakhstan. This initiative, launched by the Head of State, aims to identify and cultivate young talent for government service. The program has seen remarkable success, with over 60,000 citizens expressing interest in the past three years. "The fourth selection's unique feature is the proportional selection at each stage," explains Erzhan Karymsakov, Head of Department at the Agency for Civil Service in the North Kazakhstan region. "This ensures a balanced number of candidates in each sector." This year's selection process comprises six stages, adhering to presidential decree guidelines. The process will run from June to October, culminating in a National Commission session. Successful candidates will be appointed to various government roles without further competitive selection. The selection criteria remain consistent with previous years, requiring candidates to be under 35, hold a higher education degree, have at least five years of work experience, and demonstrate a B1 level of proficiency in the Kazakh language. The program offers a clear pathway for ambitious young professionals to contribute to Kazakhstan's future.
