North Kazakhstan Honors Healthcare Workers on Professional Day A heartfelt ceremony took place in North Kazakhstan on June 15th to celebrate Medical Workers Day. The event, held at the Kazakh Theater, saw healthcare professionals from across the region gather to receive recognition for their tireless work. Regional Governor, F. Nurmuhambetov, addressed the attendees, highlighting the importance of the medical profession and the dedication of its workers. "The medical profession is the embodiment of humanity," he stated, emphasizing the significant responsibility healthcare workers bear. Among those honored was Rinat Zhusupov, a psychiatrist-narcologist from Akkayin Regional Hospital, who received the "Labor Veteran" medal for his 48 years of service. In an interview, Zhusupov shared, "It's a difficult field, but it's a calling." Altyntas Fabdulina, a veteran of the healthcare sector, was also recognized with a certificate of merit for her 20 years of service in Aksar District. The ceremony concluded with musical performances, adding a celebratory atmosphere to the event.
