Ukrzaliznytsia Launches New Train Menu: A Food Blogger's Review Ukrzaliznytsia, Ukraine's national railway company, has introduced a new menu for passengers. A recent video review by food blogger Наташа Пазл 🧩 (@natalipolili) provides a detailed look at the offerings. The menu includes four hot dishes: syrnyky (cheesecakes), plov (rice with meat), chicken with potatoes and beetroot, and deruny (potato pancakes). Prices range from 170 to 280 hryvnias. The blogger particularly praised the plov, describing the meat as generous and the spices flavorful. She noted that the syrnyky were served without jam, which was a slight disappointment. The chicken dish, while the most expensive, had a somewhat unappealing presentation due to the beetroot's tendency to leak. However, the blogger highlighted the generous portions of chicken. Currently, this menu is only available on four routes: Kyiv-Chisinau, Kyiv-Rava-Ruska, Kyiv-Uzhgorod, and Zaporizhzhia-Uzhgorod. The video has garnered over 1.1 million views, suggesting significant public interest in the new menu. The video shows that the food is frozen on the train and heated upon order.
