Net.hr conducted a vox populi-style survey to gauge citizens' understanding of the election process. The results revealed a mixed bag of awareness, ranging from detailed knowledge to complete unawareness. One interviewee, a woman in her 60s, demonstrated a humorous take on the situation, stating, "I know we're voting for the mayor and something else, but there's so much paper that I asked if anyone is colorblind. How will they put it in the right box?" Her response highlights the potential challenges faced by voters and adds a lighthearted element to the seriousness of the election. Another citizen, a young man, succinctly stated, "Local elections, so the local council, the city district, the city assembly, and the mayor." This response showcases a more informed understanding of the election process.
