Barangay Robbery Caught on CCTV: Thieves Steal Cash, Cigarettes, and Underwear

In a quiet barangay in La Trinidad, Benguet, a brazen robbery unfolded, caught on CCTV. Three individuals targeted a small store, making off with an assortment of goods, from cash and cigarettes to canned goods and even underwear. The incident, which occurred on Monday at around 8 PM, has left the community shaken. Barangay Puguis Chairman, Kiefer Jay Shagol, commented on the lack of adequate street lighting and CCTV coverage in the area, stating, "Hindi natin nalalaman sa barangay kasi hindi sila nagre-report." The police are currently investigating and seeking the public's assistance in identifying the suspects. This is the second time the store has been robbed this year, highlighting the need for improved security measures in the barangay.
