Gauteng Faces Water Shortages Due to Planned Rand Water Maintenance

Rand Water's planned maintenance in Gauteng will cause water shortages from May 29 to June 2. The utility announced that pumping capacity will be reduced in several areas, including Eikenhof and Palmiet. "The work is scheduled to begin in about four days on the 29th of May and continue until the 2nd of June," a Rand Water spokesperson stated.
