Two-year-old Julieta, a victim of a senseless act of violence in Palmira, Colombia, has passed away. Her death follows a sicarial attack on May 25th, where she and her father were shot. Julieta's mother, Yeraldin López, described her daughter as a child "full of happiness." The Personero of Palmira, William Andrey Espinosa, expressed his condemnation of the "atrocious and violent act." A 17-year-old has been arrested in connection with the crime.
