Three Sisters Found Dead: Father Declared Prime Suspect in Washington Tragedy
Three young girls found dead in Washington; Father, Travis Decker, is the prime suspect. The tragic discovery of the bodies of three young sisters, aged 5, 8, and 9, has sent shockwaves through the community of Washington state. Their father, Travis Decker, is the prime suspect and is currently being sought by authorities. The mother reported the girls missing last Friday after Decker failed to return them following a scheduled visit. A Wenatchee Police Captain Brian Chance stated, "Upon arrival, the WPD units that responded connected with CCSO deputies that had responded to the scene as well, and from there they began their ground search of the immediate area around the vehicle." The discovery of Decker's white van in a remote area of Leavenworth, some 40 miles from the family's home, further intensified the investigation. Decker, a 32-year-old ex-military man, is considered armed and dangerous. Chelan County Sheriff Mike Morrison issued a plea directly to Decker: "Travis, if you're listening, this is your opportunity to turn yourself in. Do the right thing. Do what you need to do and take accountability for your actions." The investigation is ongoing, and authorities are urging anyone with information to come forward. The tragic loss of these young lives serves as a stark reminder of the importance of child safety and the need for continued vigilance in protecting vulnerable children.
