Ordabasy District Celebrates Children with Special Needs: A Concert of Dreams Ordabasy, Kazakhstan – In a heartwarming display of community spirit and government support, the Ordabasy District recently hosted a special concert titled "Erekşe älem" ("Special World") to celebrate International Children's Protection Day. The event, held at the district's Culture House, brought together children with special needs, their families, local officials, and community members. The concert featured musical performances and other artistic displays by the children themselves, showcasing their talents and resilience. "The joy of these children is the joy of all of us," said Azat Oralbaev, the District Governor, during the event. "Supporting initiatives like this is our honorable duty." The event was also attended by Bostan Zhakeev, chairman of the district's veterans' council. Both officials presented awards to the children, recognizing their achievements and contributions. The concert was organized as part of a larger social project, "Dreams Come True," by Asel Bimyrzaeva, a recipient of the state's "Shapagat" award. Her project focuses on using national traditions to positively influence the upbringing of children with special needs. The event was a resounding success, creating a joyous atmosphere and demonstrating the community's commitment to inclusivity and support for its most vulnerable members.
