Zarife explained that the app has been completely rebuilt to integrate accommodations, experiences, and now, a wide range of services. These new offerings extend beyond traditional lodging, including options such as massages, personal training, and manicures. "We had to rebuild the platform from scratch," Zarife stated, emphasizing the scale of the undertaking. This expansion aims to provide a more unified user experience, allowing customers to easily book all aspects of their trip in one place. The new features are currently rolling out both in Brazil and internationally.
