In Dalton, Georgia, a 19-year-old college student, Ximena Arias-Cristobal, faced 17 days of detention by ICE after a traffic stop. The way you're treated in there is more like you're in a prison, rather than a detention center," Arias-Cristobal shared. Arias-Cristobal, brought to the US illegally at age four, was released on bond but still faces deportation. Her father also faces deportation and was detained at the same facility.
