"The man was detained and admitted to his actions," stated Senior Inspector of the Leninsky ROVD's State Traffic Safety Inspectorate, Tatiana Kovalyova. "He explained that he had been returning home from a store after consuming alcohol due to a recent bereavement." Kovalyova emphasized the importance of responsible alcohol consumption.
