DCP Party Postpones Launch, Announces New Plans and Grassroots Mobilization
The Democratic Party of Kenya (DCP) postponed its party launch, initially planned for June 3rd, 2025, at Kasarani, citing unfair blockage by the current regime. However, the party's NEC meeting revealed plans for a new private launch venue to be announced shortly. The NEC also approved the recruitment of interim county coordinators to organize and strengthen the party's presence in every county, moving from top to bottom. In addition, the DCP is setting up county and constituency offices in areas where they don't yet have a presence. The party emphasized the importance of only using officially approved offices to maintain organization and unity. Aspirants are advised to connect with appointed coordinators at the party HQ using provided phone numbers. The video underscores the party's commitment to listening to the people and their mission to liberate Kenya from what they call deaf and irresponsible leadership. 'This is our time!' declared the video, highlighting the party's grassroots mobilization efforts.
