Kyzylorda Celebrates Culture and Art Workers: City Honors Local Talents Kyzylorda, Kazakhstan – May 21st was celebrated with a special awards ceremony at the A. Tokmagambetov City Culture House, honoring the city's cultural and art workers. The event, titled "Culture – The Essence of Life," saw the deputy mayor, Bakytzhan Omarov, present awards to several prominent figures. Among those recognized were veteran Tlegen Bekarystanov, awarded the International TURKSOY Organization's Gold Medal, and poet Mamyrbay Dauletov, recipient of the Mukhtar Auezov Medal. Akmaral Koishygulova, a renowned choreographer, also received an award for her contributions to the city's cultural landscape. "It was an honor to celebrate these individuals who have dedicated their lives to enriching our culture," stated Omarov in a brief speech. The event concluded with a vibrant concert featuring traditional Kazakh music and dance, showcasing the rich artistic heritage of Kyzylorda.
