Luxury Cars, Low Incomes: Donetsk TCK Officials Under Scrutiny
Donetsk Oblast: Luxury Cars and Undeclared Income Raise Questions About TCK Officials A recent investigation by Vilne Radio has uncovered significant discrepancies between the declared incomes of Territorial Recruitment and Conscription Center (TCK) employees in Donetsk Oblast and their lavish lifestyles. The report focuses on several high-value car purchases made by the families of TCK officials, raising concerns about potential corruption and undeclared income. One example highlighted is Serhiy Iyevliev from the Pokrovsk TCK, who declared a Toyota Land Cruiser purchased for his wife. While the car is over 10 years old, it was reportedly bought recently for over 770,000 hryvnias. Iyevliev's declared income is significantly lower, between 500,000 and 600,000 hryvnias annually, while his wife has no declared income. "The question arises," says the Vilne Radio report, "where did the money for such a purchase come from?" Another case involves Mykhailo Razumov, an officer in the regional TCK's mobilization department. His wife recently acquired an Audi A3 for 237,000 hryvnias and a BMW X3 for nearly half a million hryvnias, despite having no declared income. Razumov himself declared an annual income of approximately 200,000 hryvnias. The Vilne Radio investigation examined the declarations of numerous TCK employees in Donetsk Oblast, uncovering a pattern of significant assets exceeding declared incomes. The report calls for greater transparency and accountability within the TCK. The investigation continues.
