Belarus and Zimbabwe Strengthen Ties: A New Era of Cooperation Minsk, Belarus – May 15, 2025 – In a significant development for international relations, Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko and Zimbabwean President Emmerson Mnangagwa held talks at the Palace of Independence in Minsk today.
