Bucharest, Romania – As the results for this year's Baccalaureate exams were announced, a geography professor, known online as 'Profu’ de Geogra', shared his insights and congratulations with students across the country. In a video released today, the professor noted that the overall pass rate for this year stands at 74%, a slight decrease from last year's 76%.
Despite the marginal drop in the national pass rate, the professor highlighted the exceptional performance of many students, particularly those who excelled in geography. "We had at least 13-14 perfect scores in geography, and more are expected from across the country as I worked with many students on TikTok," he stated. He praised the current generation of students, acknowledging the unique challenges they faced, including the impact of the pandemic, and commended their resilience.
"You are an extraordinarily good generation, a generation that, unfortunately, was subjected to criticism and suffered due to the pandemic," he remarked. "But we, the teachers, are with you and want you to become successful people. I am sure you will succeed and get into the universities you desire."
The professor concluded his message by extending his congratulations to all students, wishing them a well-deserved and relaxing vacation, and expressing his confidence in their future success.
