Passenger Receives 100 Harassing Texts from Alleged Airline Employee During Flight
On a flight from San Diego to Chicago, Ashley Barnow experienced an unnerving situation. A man, claiming to be an American Airlines employee, bombarded her with 100 text messages. These messages included sexually suggestive images and promises of preferential treatment, such as better seats and free flights. Ashley stated, "I was completely creeped out. I couldn't believe what was happening." Upon landing, she showed the messages to a flight attendant who recognized the sender as an American Airlines employee and confirmed that this wasn't an isolated incident. American Airlines is reportedly investigating the matter. This incident highlights the importance of passenger safety and the need for airlines to address such inappropriate behavior from their employees.
