The man, whose name was not released, awoke to a sharp pain and immediately noticed the scorpion. He quickly captured the scorpion and sought treatment at the Clinica Medica Social in Satélite Norte. "I felt something crawling on my head," the man recounted in an interview with Red Uno. "When I turned on the light, I saw it was a scorpion that had stung me." Doctors at the clinic examined the man and confirmed that the scorpion's venom was not life-threatening, although he reported significant pain. He was given medication and released.
