Borisov, Belarus – A resident of Leninskaya 10A in Borisov has voiced strong complaints against the local utility company, UP "Zhilyo," following the installation of a new metal door equipped with a code lock at his building. The resident, who uploaded a video documenting his predicament, stated that he was not provided with the access code, effectively locking him out of his home. In his video, the frustrated resident questioned the utility company's actions, asking, "How am I supposed to get home now? You didn't even put up a notice!" He further criticized the company for what he described as a lack of professionalism, stating, "When will you start treating people humanely?" The resident also highlighted a significant pile of construction debris left outside the building after the door's installation, demanding, "Who did you leave this pile of trash for?" He questioned whether UP "Zhilyo" would cover the costs of his forced hotel stay or an emergency locksmith. The incident has sparked local discussion about the accountability and efficiency of public utility services.
