La Jolla Woman Seeks Public Help to Identify Man Exhibiting Bizarre Behavior at Traffic Light
La Jolla, CA – A local woman, identified as 'sillysagey' on social media, has taken to platforms to seek public assistance in identifying a man she encountered in a bizarre incident at a traffic light. The woman, who was driving in La Jolla, California, on September 6th at approximately 6:30 PM, reported that a man in an adjacent blue sedan, possibly a Nissan, was observed engaging in unusual behavior for over five minutes while stopped at a light on Torrey Pines Road, next to a Shell Gas station. The woman, who recorded a brief clip of the man, described herself as "literally shaking" from the encounter. She stated, "This person was doing this in the car next to me for over five minutes. Conveniently, it was the longest light I've ever had to wait at." She further noted that this was not an isolated incident, having experienced similar encounters this summer. The video, which includes a clear image of the man, has been widely shared as the woman urges the community to help identify him.
