    Ukrainian Man Remanded in Custody Over Arson Near Prime Minister's Properties

    A 21-year-old Ukrainian national, Roman Lavrynovych, faces three counts of arson in connection with fires near Prime Minister Keir Starmer's properties. Lavrynovych appeared at Westminster Magistrates' Court and was remanded in custody. The incidents occurred in North London and Islington.
