The expert, Mukhit Oralbayuly, stated, "During the investigation, a penetrating incised wound caused by a knife was found on the victim's left chest. The wound was located between the anterior and posterior axillary lines, between the 5th and 6th ribs, penetrating the pleural cavity and damaging the upper lobe of the left lung." The report also notes the wound's dimensions (2cm length, approximately 12cm depth) and direction. Further contusions and scratches were found on the victim's face and right hand.
