Flori­nela Georgescu, Director of ANM's Forecast Division, stated in a recent news report: "Short-duration downpours are expected, and in areas previously affected by flooding, more are possible." The ANM's forecast highlights the potential for localized flooding and hail in some regions. However, there is a positive outlook for the following days, with temperatures expected to reach 22-24 degrees Celsius in southern Romania by the beginning of next week. The warming trend is expected to continue throughout the week, bringing milder weather conditions across the country. The ANM advises citizens to remain vigilant and take necessary precautions during the storm.
