Currently, 95% of rabbit production in the region is done on a personal scale, with small-scale farmers raising rabbits primarily for their own consumption and that of their families. Iryna Kovtyukh, a local rabbit farmer, shared her experience, stating, "We started with a few rabbits and slowly expanded our operation. We now have several generations."
