Seville, Spain – A local mechanic from Talleres Ebenezer recently shared a practical tip for car owners regarding the optimal use of their vehicle's air conditioning recirculation system. In a short instructional video, the expert demonstrated how engaging the recirculation feature can significantly speed up the cooling process inside the car, especially during hot weather. The mechanic highlighted that this function is particularly useful when the car's interior is already cooler than the outside air, allowing the system to draw in pre-cooled air and enhance efficiency. He also advised drivers to activate recirculation when passing through areas with high atmospheric pollution, such as tunnels or industrial zones, to prevent external contaminants from entering the cabin. However, the expert cautioned against continuous use of the recirculation mode. He explained that prolonged use can lead to stale air inside the vehicle, as it prevents fresh air from circulating. Therefore, he recommended using the feature temporarily for quick cooling or when air quality outside is poor, and then switching back to external air intake for better ventilation.
