Bratislava, Slovakia – An expert in cleaning technology, Jozef Pekarovič, has issued a stark warning regarding the hazardous misuse of high-pressure cleaners and car shampoo on the human body. In a recent online video, Pekarovič detailed the severe risks associated with these practices, which he observed in a viral post by another content creator, 'Jovinecko'. Pekarovič, with 15 years of experience in high-pressure cleaning, emphasized that the water expelled from these devices carries immense kinetic energy. "When the nozzle is brought close to the skin, it can tear through skin, veins, nerves, and tendons," he explained, recalling instances where individuals suffered amputations due to such accidents. He further highlighted the extreme danger of directing the high-pressure stream at sensitive areas like the neck, where major arteries are protected by only a few millimeters of skin and muscle, potentially leading to fatal injuries. Beyond the physical force, Pekarovič also warned about the chemical hazards of car shampoo. "Car shampoo is designed for vehicles, not for human skin," he stated. He elaborated that the chemicals in these products can be absorbed through the skin into the bloodstream, causing inflammation and other serious health complications. He strongly advised against replicating such dangerous acts, urging viewers to prioritize their health and safety.
