"If personal delivery of a summons is not possible, the responsibility for ensuring the draftee's appearance falls to the internal affairs bodies," said Lt. Col. Zhandaulov in a video statement. "Some citizens, however, refuse to comply with lawful police orders and resist, resulting in their forced transportation to the conscription point." Lt. Col. Zhandaulov emphasized that upon arrival, the conscription commission assesses each individual's eligibility. Those found ineligible are sent home. The Ministry's statement aims to clarify the process and address public concerns. This statement aims to provide transparency and address public concerns regarding the conscription process.
