MEXICO – Reports have surfaced regarding Mexican influencer Fofo Márquez, who is currently serving a prison sentence. Initial speculation about his release was fueled by an Instagram story, allegedly posted from his private secondary account, depicting him at a nightclub. However, this footage has been identified as pre-dating his incarceration.Despite the debunked nightclub video, new information suggests Márquez may have unauthorized access to a cell phone while in prison. A follower of Márquez's private Instagram account reportedly received direct messages and an audio recording, purportedly from the influencer. The follower subsequently shared screenshots of these conversations, which included an audio message, with the video's creator.Further evidence supporting the claim of phone access emerged when the follower, after receiving these messages, contacted Fofo Márquez's brother, Rodrigo, to report the activity. Following this, the private Instagram account allegedly sent a message to the follower stating, "Ya me acusaste" (You already accused me), implying awareness of the communication with his brother.
