Thailand Floods: Heavy Rains Cause Devastation in Chiang Mai and Chiang Rai

Heavy rains and floods in Northern Thailand have caused significant damage in Chiang Mai and Chiang Rai provinces. Many homes have been inundated, forcing the closure of several national parks.
