Benavides Returns: Peru's Attorney General Reinstated

Peruvian Attorney General Patricia Benavides is reinstated after the National Justice Board annuls disciplinary measures against her. The decision, effective Monday, June 16th, also restores her position as Supreme Prosecutor. Her lawyer, Humberto Abanto, explained that the ruling not only reinstates her but fully restores her to her previous position, including the Attorney General role.
