El mes d'agost és un dels més saturats per la gran afluència de turistes a les destinacions populars
Madrid, Spain In a recent viral video, travel expert Turama, known for designing tailor-made trips, offered a humorous yet pointed guide on five types of tourists to avoid during summer travels. Drawing on over three decades of experience, Turama's advice has resonated with thousands, sparking a lively discussion among travelers. "If you're traveling this summer, try to stay as far away as possible from these five types of tourists," Turama stated at the outset of his video. He began by describing the "cheapskate tourist," who, according to Turama, would rather take their children on a tour of a supermarket's fish section than pay for aquarium tickets. Next on his list was the "party animal," a traveler who, despite years of globetrotting, "has never seen a city in daylight" due to excessive nocturnal activities. "It's like traveling with a two-year-old," Turama quipped, "they babble, they stumble, and they never want to go to sleep." The third type, the "beach bum," exclusively seeks coastal destinations, unable to comprehend inland travel. Turama humorously described their attire: "always wearing sandals, swim trunks, and shirts so loud you need sunglasses just to open their suitcase." Following this, Turama introduced the "hooligan," a tourist whose life revolves around football seasons and who travels to rival cities solely to display their team's official jerseys. "They can't hold a coherent conversation for more than five minutes if it's not about football," he observed. Finally, the travel expert warned against the "kleptomaniac tourist," whom he likened to "a British explorer from two centuries ago, stealing everything they can wherever they travel." He cited examples such as batteries, light bulbs, and even toilet paper rolls from hotel rooms, concluding that "the life of a person who needs to steal batteries, light bulbs, and toilet paper rolls from a hotel room must be very sad." The video, uploaded on August 8, 2025, quickly garnered over 76,000 views and more than 6,500 likes, with many commenters identifying with the described tourist types or recognizing people they know.
