Malaysia's Hajj Pilgrimage Update: 84 Flights Arrive in Mecca Millions of Muslims worldwide participate in the annual Hajj pilgrimage to Mecca, Saudi Arabia. He also noted that the pilgrimage is proceeding smoothly. The first flight departed on April 29th, with the last one scheduled for June 1st. The Wukuf, a crucial ritual of the Hajj, is set for Thursday, June 5th.
