The lounge offers a comfortable and modern waiting environment, a significant upgrade from traditional waiting areas. The facility provides a spacious area furnished with soft sofas, individual charging sockets, and complimentary Wi-Fi. Access to the lounge is available to premium Visa cardholders (Infinite, Signature, etc.), who are granted one hour of free stay and a choice of a hot beverage (coffee or tea). For other passengers, or for extended stays, a fee applies. The video review noted that "standard passengers can access the lounge for 250 UAH per hour, while first-class passengers (Intercity, Intercity+, SV) pay 150 UAH per hour." While the complimentary offerings are limited to one hot drink, a selection of food and additional beverages are available for purchase.
